The Department of Human Services is seeking a vendor to increase maintenance of effort (MOE) for Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) under the applicable and recently amended federal regulations, review and increase efficiency and reporting for all Administration of Children and Families (ACF) reporting, work participation rate (WPR) and additionally caseload estimating. The vendor shall review all options for the reports and determine which option are best for Rhode Island. The selected vendor will perform an independent review of the data sources, funding expenditures for any programs and contracts impacting including changes to ACF criteria currently proposed. The vendor will develop processes for knowledge transfer to state personnel.
