Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work of the Project includes rehabilitation of the Pilot Station water treatment plant (WTP) distribution upgrades. Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: • Construction of temporary bypass of existing system • Demolition of existing treatment, heating, and distribution system piping • Construction of new chlorine room and replacement of existing chlorination equipment • Installation of new raw water heat addition system • Replacement of all existing distribution piping, meters, and instruments • Installation of new concrete pads for equipment as required • Installation of new mechanical and plumbing systems • Installation of new Owner supplied control panels (supplied and commissioned by ANTHC) • Modify existing well control panels as required (will be commissioned by ANTHC) • Installation of water storage tank level transducer and controls • Flush, pressure test, disinfect, and commission systems within the WTP, in coordination with ANTHC The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services, testing, and incidentals to complete all Work required by these Specifications and as shown on the Drawings and shall have experience with water treatment plant distribution systems.
