Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. The offer must own and operate an established call center and website located at a specific URL which will provide information related to behavioral health treatment providers (Main Site). As part of this agreement, the Vendor will manage and operate a version of the main site that is branded with the WCPS’s name (Branded Site). The Vendor will provide access to the branded site to users authorized by WCPS, including school staff, students, and parents/legal guardians (Authorized Users), on a Software-asa-Service (SaaS) basis. b. Facilitate a process whereby school staff, students, and parents/legal guardians will provide the Vendor with contact information of a student, family, or WCPS employee/dependents who needs behavioral health treatment providers (Treatment Providers). The family contact shall be a parent, legal guardian, or other adult primary contact as directed by WCPS. The Vendor will then work directly with the primary contact to connect the individual with treatment providers. c. Provide authorized users with access to the branded site, telephone and email access to a team of coordinators who have experience in customer service and are trained to navigate the behavioral health system and health insurance. The coordinator team will be available and work directly with students, families, or WCPS employees/dependents to connect them with treatment providers.
