The Rincon Del Diablo Municipal Water District (DISTRICT) invites qualified entities to submit proposals for the role of Owner Consultant (OC) to assist DISTRICT in the execution of the Progressive Design-Build (PDB) Project of the new Administration and Operations Building. B. The facilities mentioned above shall be referred to as the Project. C. The DISTRICT's goal is to replace the existing administration and operation buildings with new facilities. D. The method of project execution is the Progressive Design-Build (PDB) project delivery method. E. The DISTRICT is currently in the process of procuring the Progressive Design-Build Team (PDB) for the design and construction of the Project. A. The Project consists of the design and construction of a new Administration and Operations/Maintenance Building and demolition of the existing buildings. The Project is anticipated to have a construction cost ranging from $10 to $14 Million. B. The DISTRICT has determined the PDB delivery method to be the optimal approach to meet the completion of the project date of March 2027. C. The Project is funded solely by the DISTRICT. D. By utilizing a PDB project delivery approach, the DISTRICT expects to secure substantial benefits for its customers. These benefits include:
