Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Maryland Department of Health (MDH) Office of Enterprise Technology (OET) is seeking a vendor to provide the Prevention and Health Promotion Administration (PHPA) with Smartsheet Pivot App and Dynamic View for up to 500 configurations. This is a renewal of existing subscriptions. 1. Bidder shall provide all software/ software as a service (SaaS) listed in Attachment I Contract Bid Form. 2. The Department reserves the right to purchase more or less than the specified quantity to the extent limited by funding. 3. Purchase new and unused equipment. 4. Bidder shall not impose a restocking fee if an item is returned due to damage or incorrect product shipped. 5. Bidder must provide the estimated ship date/ lead time for each item listed in the Contract Bid Form. 6. Bidder must include a screenshot of the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid. 7. Bidder shall be capable of delivery all products no later than July 16, 2024. All products shall be delivered to the Agency Point of Contact listed in Section VIII.C of this IFB.
