Minnesota IT Services (MNIT) in partnership with Minnesota Department of Agriculture and Department of Labor & Industry intend to enter into a 12 month/1 year agreement with Articulate Global, LLC for the renewal of Articulate 360 Teams Plan. Articulate 360 Teams Plan is a cloud-based e-Learning development subscription with access to various content, data and/or resources and includes but is not limited to; software support, maintenance, software updates and/or modifications as they become available. All information obtained is considered intellectual property as Articulate Global, LLC retain exclusive ownership rights, titles, patents, and trademarks. The State believes this renewal is a sole source and has been deemed as such.
