Specifications include, but are not limited to: The supplier shall provide two (2) resident inspectors at the manufacturing site throughout the period of manufacture of the rolling stock who will report on the manufacture of such rolling stock. The report, PRT’s Inspection Package (Attachment 1) shall: 4.1.1 Provide accurate records of all vehicle construction activities. 4.1.2 Contain records of all relevant serial numbers for each bus. 4.1.3 Provide results of all function checks on completed buses. 4.1.4 Address how the construction and operation of the vehicles fulfills PRT’s Contract Specifications and Inspection Package. This shall include documentation of and requirement(s) for repair of any quality related deficiencies found along with the immediate notifications to PRT of any manufacturing related changes including but not limited to: A. Change orders B. Bill of material changes C. Changes related to manufacturing processes D. Change to final assembly location E. Changes to cost or origin of any components and subcomponents F. Any change that would affect the domestic content of the vehicle 4.2 After compiling and reviewing the completed report, visually inspecting and roadtesting the vehicles, the supplier shall indicate whether the vehicles meet PRT’s Contract Specifications. 4.3 The supplier must also perform the necessary tasks of: 4.3.1 Manufacturing Production Process Quality Assurance 4.3.2 Pre-Delivery Inspection of New Vehicles 4.3.3 Providing photographic evidence of build milestones.
