Specifications include, but are not limited to: SCOPE OF WORK: The Owner's Representative's duties may include, but shall not be limited to, cooperating and collaborating with the architectural design firm and construction manager from design development through construction administration, assisting in the development and implementation of design standards, attending progress meetings, evaluating adherence to the project schedule, managing the Project’s budget, providing 5 quality assurance oversight, reviewing pay applications and managing the negotiation of change requests and change orders. The Owner’s Representative will know and understand that the Authority is their client for the project and will report directly to the Authority. The Owner’s Representative shall provide skilled and experienced personnel to perform the services required. The Owner’s Representative shall supply all labor services, supplies, materials, and equipment to complete the work using their best efforts, skill, judgment, and abilities.
