The City of Tuscaloosa seeks the services of a professional firm that has the knowledge, experience and expertise to perform the following types of services upon request from the City: Design, implement and support physical access control systems including acquisition of required hardware and software licensing; installation of access control hardware and cabling; installation of intercom systems; implementation of access control software; integration of access control software with existing systems; and training City staff on the use of the access control software. The firm must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations and laws related to the services provided to the City. The City reserves the right, subject to negotiation and agreement in writing with the selected firm, to either expand or limit the scope of services as needed
