Specifications include, but are not limited to: Testing Agency/Special Inspection Services 1. Review and become familiar with Attachments, Project Documents, Schedules, etc. as necessary to perform the services described in. 2. Special Inspections for scope items noted on Exhibit C Drawings, Specs and Construction Scheduled shall also include the use of SF DBI Special Inspection Forms and all other forms required by the City of San Francisco. 3. Testing of concrete mixes required by the project includes at a minimum, 7-day, 28 day and 56-day cylinder breaks for each required pour. The 56-day strength cylinder shall be saved for testing if required due to a low break at the 28-day cylinder test. 4. Refer to Exhibit C for the construction schedule, by Guzman Construction, for sequence of activities and quantities. 5. Refer to Exhibit J and provide additional cost breakouts, in excel form, in addition to bidder’s full proposal. This is a template, and the bidders are to populate all anticipated inspections with unit prices and assumed quantity of each scope of work item.
