Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. A parking lot barrier is needed to be able to close the facility. 2. Scope of Work is below. a. There are 6 entry drives into the facility to supply and install gates at each. i. Each drive will need a custom welded metal frame gate with locking device. ii. Gate will require a support pole for the gate and, also in the center of the opening for the locking device. iii. Gate to be painted with black. Use a coating that will prevent rust. b. Bollards to supply and install. i. Three metal concrete filled bollards will be required in the center driveways. These will go in between the gates to keep drivers off of the median. ii. Bollards to be painted black. Use a coating that will prevent rust. c. Include all hardware, fasteners, hinges, etc. d. Provide a sketch for each gate and bollard for approval before beginning work. 3. Perform a site visit for accurate measurements and review. a. Site visit to be scheduled through Purchasing Department. 4. Repair any damage caused to site during work performed. 5. All materials, equipment, supplies, fasteners, and other items required to perform work tasks to be supplied and installed by vendor. 6. All trash and debris to be removed by Vendor and hauled off. a. Do not use City dumpster. 7. Clean-up a. Clean area when work is complete. Area to be ready for business use when finished.
