Specifications include, but are not limited to:All Respondents selected from Phase 1, will submit a Phase 2 proposal for final offer. Phase 2 services are anticipated to include, but are not limited to: o Complete site survey (taking notice of where current electrical outlets are, what is the current furniture layout in each holdroom, how many seats can fit in each holdroom, how to maximize current electrical with proposed layouts etc.). o Create furniture layout designs for all holdrooms utilizing CADS provided by the District as well as existing furniture layout located below in Appendix A, maximizing seating for both Terminal Concourses, and suggested seating for Grand Hall, Baggage Claim, Ticketing, & Ticketing in the (CONRAC). Target goal to provide average of 120 tandem/beam seats per gate (understanding not every gate will fit 120 seats), tandem/beam seating can be configured in assorted quantity and directional layout variations, keeping 5 feet aisles between seating rows, with goal of 100% charging availability at each, lounge seating will be used in special identified areas (i.e. Gates A0 and BO right before A1 and B1 gates and beneath Concourse A & B up escalators on Grand Hall level, as well as in front of concessions landside), landside seating to be along front Terminal window ledges, ensure bracketing is installed on base of seat legs to ensure there is not contact/damage to painted walls/surfaces, other tandem/beam seating to be spread around between baggage claim conveyor systems and along back baggage claim wall. Ensure plans include suggestions quantity and placement for high top chairs/stools at current high-top tables, and suggested placements for plantar, trash bins, and massage chairs. o Provide suggested electrical layout. o Provide plan/timeline for furniture delivery of units to demo for the District to evaluate. o Define Warranty Program, including spare parts/back stock inventory with pricing
