Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Solicitation/Event is to receive responses and award a contract with Suppliers(s) to provide Pickup Trucks to the State of Minnesota and Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) members, on an as needed basis. Subsequent Model Year productions and additional vehicles may be added to the Contract through a fully executed written amendment to the Contract. Brand names or specific manufacturers stated establish a standard only and are not restrictive. The State will consider responses of other makes, models, or brands, which have comparable characteristics of quality, type, and performance. Chassis Cab trucks are excluded. All vehicles offered must be the latest production with new equipment and must include Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) equipment and OEM available options. All equipment purchased under the Contract must meet all current State and federal regulations at time of vehicle production. To be considered for award of any Contract resulting from this Solicitation/Event, the Responder must be: 1.1 A vehicle manufacturer or an entity which has been authorized by the vehicle manufacturer to sell the make/model of the vehicle(s) proposed.
