Specifications include, but are not limited to: The MDTA is issuing this RFP to provide full-service communications services on an “as-needed” Work Order (WO) basis to aid in public education, promote public safety on its roadways and provide exceptional and equitable customer service to all its customers and communities. These services may include, but are not limited to, development, production and implementation of public-safety and traffic-management campaigns/messages utilizing traditional media, digital media, social media, public relations, community outreach, research and analytics; crisis communications services; website management; as well as other related activities necessary to carry out the work set forth herein. Services contemplated may include some or all of those detailed in Section 2, Scope of Work, of this RFP.
