Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Mowing, edging, and clean up. a. Mow all irrigated lawn areas once per week. b. Weed eat any areas that are inaccessible by mower with string trimmer and edge all bed lines and hard lines following the weekly mowing schedule. c. Blow grass clippings from hardscape areas following the mowing schedule. d. A weed control program will be maintained in all shrub beds and parking areas. Selective Herbicide application or hand weeding will be employed as needed. e. Pick up and remove all visible trash and debris from entire property during weekly visit. All trash and landscape debris will be removed from the property and disposed of at an off-site facility unless directed otherwise. 2. Turf Management. a. Fertilize turf one time to encourage turf health. b. Treat turf areas with selective herbicides to target broadleaf weeds one time. 3. Ornamental Care Services. a. Prune all shrubs and trees one time (up to 10’ from ground), as required for particular plant material based on American Nurseryman standards. b. Fertilize trees and shrubs once utilizing a controlled release fertilizer with a 3:1:2 macronutrient analysis. 4. Irrigation Management. a. The irrigation system will be inspected and adjusted as needed. b. Start up the irrigation system at the appropriate time in the spring. c. Necessary repairs to the system will be billed on a time and materials basis
