Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Scope of the Work includes assisting with various Planning, Design and Construction Oversight activities related to various improvements and repairs to (4) Water filtration facilities. These improvements and repairs include but are not limited to: Filter media replacement, Filter concrete remediation, Pipe gallery improvements including valve and actuator replacements, pipe repairs, pump replacement, painting, and pipe penetration repairs, Dehumidification and other mechanical system improvements, Building interior and exterior renovations, Roof repairs, Pump replacements, motor control center upgrades, electrical system upgrades, and controls improvements. 2. The consultant firm’s role will be to provide strategic recommendations, guidance,planning, design, and execution of the project delivery. Required services: Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, Plumbing), Planning, and potentially Land Surveying. Design will be completed and then the consultant will work with the City of Bartlett to develop appropriate bid packages.
