Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Bids shall include a design unique to the Wilton Town Website that will conform to all IT and cybersecurity requirements and regulations. • Design bids should include minimum functionality requirements, including, but not limited to: an interactive community calendar as well as a municipal officials’ calendar; email links to departments; a knowledge base to help users navigate the site to locate specific information; compliance with ADA guidelines with regard to users with vision impairments; an RSS newsfeed; the ability to opt in to emergency and community announcements by email or text with a link for users to sign-up for these services; and an internal search function to help users find the information they need (i.e. “Quick Links” for common inquiries). • Each bid should include a statement of total cost, which shall include all costs in connection with the proper and successful completion of items listed in the bid, including, but not limited to: costs associated with any regulatory approvals; meetings with town staff; performing necessary labor and supervision to fully complete the work presented in the bid. • Bidders must provide a cost estimate for site development. • Bidders must provide a project schedule for completion of the project. • Bids should include an introduction which clearly demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of the scope and objective of this RFP.
