Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. At the Mt. Olive Correctional Complex, they have commercial dryers at various locations. The one that is being replaced, there are two (2) that are side by side. There is one (1) existing commercial tumble dryer that must be replaced with new. Additional information on the project is listed below: B. Existing commercial tumble dryers information: 1. Manufactured by Alliance Laundry Systems, IPSO 2. Model no. JTD150CG 3. Serial no. MTCK9306003596 4. Contractor must remove existing commercial dryer and replace with new. 5. Contractor must dispose of the existing dryer once it has been removed. 6. Contractor must replace the existing commercial dryer with the same or equal to the below specifications. 7. Contractor must provide a quantity of one (1) Unimac Model UT0170NVN or Equal Industrial Tumble Dryer. 8. Dryer must be available in White. 9. Dryer must have OPTidry technology or Equal. 10. Dryer must not exceed a maximum of width of fifty-three (53”) inches. 11. Dryer must not exceed a maximum depth of seventy (70”) inches. 12. Dryer must not exceed a maximum height of ninety-four (94”) inches. 13. Dryer must have water inlet connection of ¾-11 ½ NH Hose Connection. 14. Dryer must have Gas Inlet Connection of 1 NPT (13). 15. Dryer must have Heat Input Power of 395,000 Btu/hr. 16. Dryer must be at a minimum of 170lb Capacity. 17. Dryer must be (N) 440-480V/60/3Phase. 18. Dryer must have UniLink Touch, Dual Digital Timer or Equal. C. Installation: 1. Contractor must turn off the natural gas and electric to the existing commercial dryers. 2. Contractor must disconnect the natural gas flex line and the electrical wires to the existing commercial dryers. 3. Contractor must disconnect the exhaust pipe from the existing commercial dryers.
