Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State Parks Division is requesting proposals for CRS services for New Mexico State Parks for a minimum of eight years, with two additional one-year renewals possible. CRS services constitute an operational framework by which customers can make reservations via a Call Center or online through an Internet browser, mobile application, or an onsite kiosk. The successful Contractor shall have the capability to staff, operate, and maintain a 24-hour Call Center and an Internet-based CRS, and payment kiosks, as well as generate a wide range of required reports, process financial transactions, and accommodate various State Parks Division promotional/marketing strategies. This RFP will result in a single award. This procurement will result in a contractual agreement between two parties; the procurement may ONLY be used by those two parties exclusively.
