Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Meet with OMWD staff to confirm operations, hydraulics, valve sizing, PRS layout, and electrical and instrumentation needs. 2. Coordinate with EFI on PRS facility layout, dimensions, connection points, power and SCADA requirements, and other information. 3. Prepare a preliminary design of PRS replacements, including the recommended locations, other required facility replacements (e.g. valves, relief locations, etc.), and estimated costs. 4. Prepare an anticipated construction schedule including construction of the PR stations, demolition of the existing reservoirs, and clean up of the existing site. 5. Upon approval of the preliminary design(s), prepare final design and contract documents for bidding including plans and specifications for installation of the owner-furnished pre-fabricated PRSs, modifications to the existing PRS (if any), demolition of the reservoirs, and any other relevant portions of the project. 6. Provide support to District staff for the Environmental Documentation, Public Outreach, and Construction Administration efforts.
