Review courses will be scheduled at the end of the final semester, typically the week leading to graduation: a. Fall – three consecutive weekdays, approximately the second week of December b. Spring – three consecutive weekdays, approximately the last week of April 2. Courses will be provided to nursing students in their final semester of the curriculum. • A minimum of 20 students to enroll in each NCLEX-RN Review Course administered by offeror. 3. Courses shall be three (3) days, consisting of 6-8 hours per day. 4. All facets of the NCLEX-RN Review Course shall be delivered by a live, in-person instructor at Francis Marion University: a. Live, in-person instructor shall be qualified as a nurse educator with a minimum of a master’s degree and two (2) years of classroom teaching experience. 5. Courses shall include an interactive learning environment and teaching strategies. 6. Content shall include: a. Planned, comprehensive review of core content. b. Test-taking strategies. c. Improving study habits d. Practice with NCLEX-RN style questions, including alternative formats and NextGeneration question types 7. Printed course workbook or review book provided to all students prior to administration of the Review Course.
