The work shall include furnishing all design engineering, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies, except materials and equipment to be furnished by others, necessary for the complete fabrication of each prefabricated relay control house including all primary and secondary structural framing members, connecting bolts, covering adjustable louvers, windows, doors, flashing, closures, sealer, insulation, house wiring for outlets, switches, ventilation, and light fixtures, electric distribution panels, and other miscellaneous items as shown or called for in the Drawings or Specifications. The building is to be used for a substation relay control house upon its completion. The building shall be completely wired and fully built when delivered. The Manufacturer shall unload the building and place it on their foundation. Foundations will be poured by the Owner prior to delivery. Any parts removed for shipment shall be reinstalled by the Manufacturer. The intent of this Specification is that the Manufacturer deliver and unload one (1) fully functional prefabricated relay control house, including control switchboards, batteries, battery racks, chargers, transfer switches, and battery diodes to each of the substations listed above.
