This project is an infrastructure upgrade in the Education Center Building. Work to existing telecom rooms will upgrade electrical, IT, and mechanical systems. This includes but is not limited to relocating existing equipment racks, adding new racks, new UPS, new WAPs & cabling, receptacles, light fixtures, mini power zones, and power distribution units. New HVAC system installation and associated piping, as well as ceiling demolition are also included as part of this project. Work does not impact existing fire separation walls.
