Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. CIVIC CENTER i. Thirteen (13) terminals in permanent food stands, with existing network cabling with credit card readers and printers for all terminals. ii. Five (5) extra printers and/or KDS (Kitchen Display Systems) - order screens for communicating with cooks iii. Eight (8) terminals for Satellite locations (these locations are a mixture of cat 5 enabled or wireless) with credit card readers and printers. iv. Ten (10) terminals for the Beverage Department with credit card readers and printers. v. Four (4) handheld POS devices to accept credit card payments throughout the Venue for Hawkers. b. HENRY S. PARKER ATHLETIC COMPLEX (HSPAC) i. Two (2) terminals for Concession Stand 1, with printers, credit card readers and cash drawers. ii. Two (2) terminals for Concession Stand 2, with printers, credit card readers and cash drawers. iii. Two (2) extra printers and/or KDS (Kitchen Display Systems) - order screens for communicating with cooks iv. 2. The system should be able to function as follows: a. Cloud based with offline functionality b. Remote manageability c. Non-proprietary hardware is required d. Function in a harsh kitchen environment e. Ability to program multiple sales tax rates f. Detailed reporting by location, by hour, labor cost analysis and by quantities sold g. Ability to Zero out a shift during the day mid-shift h. Cashier sign in codes and/or key codes i. System should have the ability to assign certain items to a dedicated printer j. Financial reports to assist in reconciliation of daily sales to monies collected 3. Additional functionality requested, but not necessary: a. Ability to have customers order/pay online b. Kiosk ordering/payment 4. Proposals should include all necessary hardware, software and accessories for full turnkey operation of the system including but not limited to: terminals, credit card machines, printers, monitors, cabling, credit card processing options and credit card processing costs.
