Specifications include, but are not limited to: FLOORING: 1 – Remove carpet from (1) one master bedroom. Replace with new Home Depot #HD-LVG2520-0046 Luxury Vinyl Plank. Contractor to provide Plank color samples to Elder Homeowner for selection. Use HENRY #647 PlumPro Glue as available from Home Depot. Ensure all prep to the substrate is done to accept the flooring. If providing substitutions; all manufacturer model #’s to be provided in advance to project coordinator for distribution to all bidders for pricing. VLP specifications must meet HD LVP listed above. Provide and install all new transition metal at room transitions to hallway or adjacent rooms. 2 – There are (2) two additional smaller bedrooms. Remove tile from smaller bedroom floor, prepare the substrate to accept LVP in this and one (1) additional, smaller bedroom. The other one (1) additional bedroom has had the carpet removed. Prepare the substrate and install LVP to match the other adjacent bedroom. Provide and install all LVP and installation materials as required. (Part #2) 1 - Demo and remove brick Chimney. Cap just below the roof line. Include framing and sheathing as required to patch the roof penetration. 2 - Shingle entire roof. Include ice / water shield and all materials to meet local and state codes. Shingle with GAF Timberline Architectural style. 3 – Provide materials and labor to include metal valleys, flashing, roof jacks, vent covers, ridge venting, turbines and or box vents as required by code and inspector. 4 - Make wood repairs and Wrap all soffit and fascia in metal. 5 - Provide and Install gutters, downspouts along entry sidewalk and front door area complete.
