The Fourth Parallel Runway Program – South End-Around Taxiway (SEAT) project includes the construction of the South End-Around Taxiway (Taxiway P), and associated airside and landside elements in preparation for the future Runway 1C-19C. The scope of work involves, but is not limited to, pavement demolition, mass grading and excavation, hauling and placement of excess material into designated stockpiles on Airport property, stormwater drainage including large culvert construction, erosion and sediment control, new CCP taxiway pavement, new asphalt taxiway shoulder pavement, pavement markings, multiple structural elements (soil nail wall, MSE wall, visual screens, etc.), utility service relocations, airfield electrical, FAA power and communications, and FAA NAVAID improvements.
