Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Remove existing lights throughout the school and adjacent buildings (inside and out including mobile classrooms). 2. Install new LED lights to replace old fixtures (supplied by the owners). 3. Eliminate lights in various classrooms. 4. Remove and dispose of old fixtures and resulting trash Specific types of lights and locations: 1. 797- 2x4 flat panel lay-in installed in lay-in ceiling. 2. 64 – 1x4 flat panel lay-in installed. 3. 29 – 2x4 flat panel installed in sheetrock (frame supplied by owner). 4. 6 – 1x4 flat panel installed in sheetrock (frame supplied by owner). 5. 140 – 4 ft. Wrap surface mount fixtures installed in mobile classrooms. 6. 13 – wall pack fixtures around school and adjacent building. 7. 6 – canopy lights under covered walkway and piping added to get one (1) light from a column to the ceiling. 8. 3 – large flood lights replacing 1000-watt fixtures one (1) in front and two (2) in back mounted on the roof. 9. 36 – 8 ft. fixtures with protective cages hanging from chains in locker rooms and shop area. 10. 36 – retro-fit kits added to 4x4 boxes in media room referred to as snap and go’s that attach to existing fixtures by magnetic driver and strips. 11. 10 – UFO high bay lights in the aux gym replacing 400-watt mercury vapor mounted on conduit (fixtures come with a ½ inch threaded hub, lift needed). 12. 32 – UFO high bay lights in the main gym replacing 8 ft. fluorescent fixtures (four (4) rows of eight (8) lights half of each fluorescent on a separate switch may need to alternate lights on each row, lift needed).
