(3) Other Offices – TRASH ONLY FOR ALL AREAS EXCEPT BATHROOMS AS LISTED ABOVE: Weekly Duties: All work is to be performed Once Weekly Dust all flat surfaces without disturbing paperwork. Vacuum all carpeted areas Replace soiled and torn trashcan liners Empty all wastebaskets and carry to designated trash pickup area. Sweep and mop all tile surfaces Dust desks and office equipment Spot clean door glass and glass partitions Dust ledges and windowsills Dust vertical sides of the desk, chairs, etc. Windows wiped clean Clean and sanitize Drinking Fountain Clean and sanitize sink located in Squad Room Clean and polish desks that have been cleared of paperwork Spot clean doors, doorframes, partition frames and wall switches Dust tops of doors, lights, partitions and frames (all horizontal surfaces) Monthly Duties: Perform high dusting (above the head) Windows washed and cleaned in all rooms Dust picture frames and moldings Brush down ceiling and wall vents Dust Venetian Blinds Clean mop boards Clean Ceiling lights FOR BATHROOMS / SHOWER – Weekly Duties Empty waste containers in rest room, locker room and offices. Polish metal and mirrors in rest room and locker room Clean and sanitize lavatory fixtures and locker room & shower Sanitize the underside and tops of toilet seats, inside bowls and urinals Refill soap, towels, tissue holders in rest room Wipe wall, toilet compartment partitions and wall switches in rest room and locker room Mop and sanitize floors in bathrooms and locker room, shower Dust tops of doors, lights, partitions, and frames (all horizontal surfaces) Scrub corners and edges, all hard-to-clean floor spaces Monthly Duties Tile cleaned in the bathrooms Walls in Bathroom/Locker Room cleaned Brush down ceiling and wall vents Additional Information: Each employee of the awarded vendor must submit and pass the UCJIS Non-User Security Agreement prior to working at this location. Per Utah Administrative Rule R722-900, a NON-USER means a person working for or with an agency who does not have direct access to UCJIS but has unescorted or unrestricted access to locations containing UCJIS records or a computer with UCJIS access. The vendor will provide all equipment and cleaning supplies. MSDS sheets are required for cleaning supplies stored on site. Be responsible for all damage to DPS/UHP facilities’ property, buildings, or any equipment. The day of the week for services will be Wednesdays (if a holiday falls on Wednesday, vendor will have to make arrangements to come another day of the week) during the time slot 1400-1800. Supplies provided by UHP Office: All hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. Trash cans liners and Trash Bags are to be supplied by the contractor.
