Specifications include, but are not limited to: furnish and install (8ea) water coils in existing rooftop units, (3ea) grade mounted chillers to supply the chilled water coils, add associated control valves, add (6ea) pumps. ● Upgrade all rooftop units and 4-5 air handlers: Replace existing heating-only indoor air handling units with new units that incorporate air conditioning and associated cooling equipment. ● System1 -Install 4 chilled water coils in existing rooftop units 9,10,11 and 12. - Install a Trane CGAM 90 ton chiller to supply the 4 coils with chilled water. -include comprehensive acoustic package, architectural louvered panels, Bacnet card, convenience outlet and isolators -Tie chiller and pumps into existing BMS provide auto change over, supply and return temperature sensors and chiller alarm. -Chiller and pumps located on ground must include concrete pad.-Add additional controls and 3 way valves for chilled water coils for air conditioning operation. -Supply and install dual pumps with triple duty valve, suction strainer and suction valve. -Include glycol to 30% concentration. -Supply and install 2” wall fiberglass insulation and PVC wrap. -Connect CW valve and chiller to existing Alerton BMS system. -Electrical must include starters, disconnects, piping, wiring, breakers and convenience outlet and light. ● System 2 -Install 2 chilled water coils in existing rooftop units 13 and 24. -Install Trane CGAM 60 ton chiller to supply the 2 coils with chilled water. -Include comprehensive acoustic package, architectural louvered panels, Bacnet card, convenience outlet and isolators -Chiller to be located on ground. -Add additional controls and 3-way valves for chilled water coils for air conditioning operation. -Supply and install dual pumps with triple duty valve,suction strainer and suction valve. -Include glycol to 30% concentration. -Supply and install 2” wall fiberglass insulation and PVC wrap. -Connect CW valve and chiller to existing Alerton BMS system. -Electrical must include starters, disconnects, piping, wiring, breakers and convenience outlet and light.
