In general, the work consists of the provision of approximate 2300 kW solar power with 1125 kW/4500 kWH 4 hours storage. System Provider shall provide solar system and cost for the following two options: a. Finance, design, engineer, construct, own, operate, and maintain, solar photovoltaic array systems and sell electrical output to Trustees on a 10th of a cent/kWh (AC) basis at a competitive rate, pursuant to fully executed 3rd party owned and operated solar agreements at locations described in the Campus Specific Solar coversheet. System Provider shall have ownership and rights to all Self-Generation Incentive Program rebates applicable to the Solar Project. b. System provider shall also submit a cost proposal with a cash price that at the campus’ sole option may be selected. DBE firm shall design, engineer, construct, operate, and maintain the solar photovoltaic array systems through the design build delivery method through upfront capital cost. Provide lump sum price the complete system.
