Shelby County Election Commission Scope of work: 1. Quantity: 300,000 – Exhibits attached • Exhibit A-labeled- Front of postcard • Exhibit B-labeled- Magnet • Exhibit C-labeled- Back of postcard 2. Magnet: 3.5” x 3.5” magnet printed. Details: Full color, one-sided printing, .020 ml thickness. 3. Cover mailer: 6” x 8.5” open, 6” x 4.25” folded, to cover magnet for mailing. Details: Full color, two-sided printing, 12pt. stock. Printed with mailing addresses after artwork printing. 4. Magnet is to be applied to cover mailer with a dab of rub-off glue to hold for mailing. Cover will be closed with two clear wafer seals for mailing. 5. Mailing: Process addresses for bulk mail rate, lowest mailing rate. Deliver final product to post office.
