Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Vendor shall be responsible for providing services including, but not limited to, operations and maintenance of all facilities/building systems to include but not limited to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, security systems, roofing, structural, building envelope, grounds / custodial work (when applicable), including all labor and material.
