Provide planning and engineering services for the development of 6.4 miles of a multi-use trail called the Clarksburg Branch Line Trail. Tasks will include alignment alternatives analysis (last mile), the development and execution of a community-engagement program, project approvals and environmental documentation (PA&ED), plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E), right-of-way engineering and last-mile property acquisition (R/W) and developing a funding plan for construction and long-term operations and maintenance (O&M).
