Through this RFQ-S (Request for Qualified Suppliers), the University seeks to establish contracts with multiple balloon and party decor providers to fulfill the diverse event needs of various University of Tennessee, Knoxville departments. The services sought primarily include balloon decor options for events held across UT campuses, encompassing setup, teardown, and any additional services required. Additionally, we seek suppliers who can provide custom neon signs to enhance the visual appeal of these events. While the University cannot estimate its precise balloon and party decor expenditure, it anticipates varying spend based on factors such as event size and frequency. Agreements resulting from this solicitation will be governed by an official University Master Agreement. Departments may sign required order forms, but all order forms will be governed by the terms in the resulting Master Agreement. The departments host a variety of events each year, ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations, such as academic conferences, themed parties, recruiting and fundraising events, and commencement ceremonies.
