Specifications include, but are not limited to: At Aurora Readiness Center, Roof replaced (Estimated Construction Amount $1,060,000.00): • Remove the existing modified bitumen roof system and underlying insulation on 7 Decks. Remove asphaltic and sheet metal flashings that are not to remain. • Install a new flat insulation system and cover board. The new insulation and cover board will total 5.5”. • Install tapered insulation crickets and sumps as shown. • Install a new adhered 60 mil EPDM roof membrane over the insulation and cover board. • Install EPDM and sheet metal flashings and counterflashing. • Provide the stated leak free warranties. • Fall protection installation and walking pads to equipment are also to be installed. At JFHQ Roof replacement. Building 248 & 268(Estimated Construction Amount $950,000.00): • At the roof areas indicated, remove the existing asphalt flood coat and gravel and sheet metal flashings that are not to remain. • Install a new flat insulation system and cover board. The new insulation and cover board will total 5.5”. • Install tapered insulation crickets and sumps as shown. • Install a new adhered 60 mil EPDM roof membrane over the insulation and cover board. • Install EPDM and sheet metal flashings and counterflashing. • Modification of privacy screen are included to allow clearance for new roof system. • Provide the stated leak free warranties. • Fall protection installation and walking pads to equipment are also to be installed.
