Administer and analyze teacher surveys. 5. Interview key district stakeholders, principals, and community partners about current attendance practices. 6. Analyze information and prepare a report summarizing key findings and offering recommendations to address areas for improvement. 7. Provide a presentation to district leaders. 8. Project Management. Develop a project timeline and workplan.
