Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Project includes the following Work: Work of the Project, as described in Specification 01 10 00 Summary of Work, and Planset Sheet G-003 includes, but is not limited to, the following for the community of Kwigillingok, AK: • Phase I: o Construct a pile-supported water storage tank (WST) platform with owner-provided thermosiphons. Includes platform railing, overflow pipe extension, valve access box, interior WST inlet piping, transducer mount, inlet and outlet valve, and other associated appurtenances shown in plans and specifications. o coordinate construction activities with 3rd party water storage tank contractor • Phase II: o Construct / install new floating reservoir intake, pump, and intake piping, o Remove / dispose of existing circulating water return line in raw water transmission line (RWTL), o Replace RWTL electrical heat trace, o Construct new circulating RWTL glycol heat trace system, o Test / commission electrical heat trace and glycol heat trace systems, o Construct new chlorination contact pipe chamber inside water treatment plant, o Construct new WST fill and draw lines and heat trace in raised utilidor supported by helical piles, o Pressure test, disinfect, and commission all piping and appurtenances o Demolish existing water storage tank and piping, o Coordinate construction activities with 3rd party water storage tank contractor • Ad Alt o construct walkway float to access intake: 155lf above grade intake piping with flexible connections. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services, testing, and incidentals to complete all Work required by these Specifications and as shown on the Drawings and shall have experience with pile driving, platform construction, and plumbing construction
