Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent of the Invitation for Bid is to obtain pricing for minor repair/replacement and new installation of chain link/ornamental fencing to be performed throughout the City of Bridgeport, for TWO (2) years with the possibility of a ONE (1) year extension if mutually agreeable to both parties. The City shall then identify the THREE (3) lowest, responsive, responsible bidders to enter into a fixed unit price contract. Should the amount of work/number of locations, exceed the low bidders’ capacity to preform and complete within the time perimeters set by the City during the course of the contract, one or more of the impacted projects will be offered to the second (at their submitted fixed unit bid pricing) of the three lowest bidders and so on. NO BID BOND IS REQUIRED WITH THIS SOLICITATION
