The current and archival DHS-CDS records for the Zendesk Help Desk account are required to be maintained and are essential to the success of the Users of the DHS-owned website, http://www.developtoolmn.org. This renewal has been deemed a single source as ZenDesk is the sole proprietor of their maintenance and support and are solely responsible for providing the current and archival records for DHS CDS. These services are not available through 3rd party resellers.
