Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide competent and qualified tree trimming personnel, supervision, transportation, materials, tools and equipment to perform tree trimming, topping, removal of trees and stumps interfering with Farmington Electric Utility System (FEUS) power lines. To cut and/or chemically treat brush and undergrowth on FEUS right of ways (ROW) and to dispose of the debris resulting from such work, as directed by a FEUS representative. The number of crews required may vary from time to time depending on the amount of work to be completed. Contractor agrees to perform the services as set forth in the Scope of Work in a timely professional and safe manner and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract and applicable laws. Contractor shall furnish at its own expense all labor, transportation, materials, consumables, qualified personnel, tools, equipment and facilities to properly perform the services, except as otherwise provided in the scope of services. The Contractor’s performance shall be in accordance with the most current standards as stated in this solicitation, as well as any other current standard prevailing in the tree removal industry. Any item primary, secondary, or incidental to the performance of this Contract shall be included in this service.
