Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall, in a satisfactory and proper manner, provide pest control services for the control of roaches, ants, silverfish, rats, mice, termites, and other pests in or around City-owned buildings on a quarterly basis and an as-needed basis. Visible webs and hornets/wasps' nest will also be removed each quarter. Pest control also requires a yearly termite inspection of various buildings. Areas to be treated include but are not limited to the following: 1. Offices in all buildings; 2. Meeting and conference rooms; 3. All public and common areas (including restrooms); 4. Hallways, stairways and loading areas; 5. Maintenance and storage areas; 6. Food service and preparation areas; 7. Employee break and locker areas; 8. Garbage handling and waste disposal areas; 9. Perimeters adjacent to buildings; 10. Parking Garages; 11. Busses and trolleys (27 total); The areas to be treated are approximate and are subject to change.
