Specifications include, but are not limited to: Personnel: a. Employ a project manager to oversee the daily operation of the canvassing project and employees and provide a backup manager for any call out situations b. Recruit, hire, and train canvassers c. Conduct criminal background checks on any employees who will be involved with canvassing both in the field and those who will have access to the data obtained from canvassing efforts d. Will work with NMPBS to identify the number of canvassers needed for the project; Data Collection: e. Use vendor-provided tablets to collect donor data while in the field, and enter the information into the station’s software system, Allegiance Software f. Ensure that all the data is collected, transferred, and stored in a secure and compliant fashion, in accordance with the station’s PCI Compliance Policy g. Collect feedback from donors and potential donors regarding NMPBS’ programs and services; Reporting: h. Provide daily status reports detailing the number of households visited i. Provide a weekly status report detailing the total number of households visited for the week, the average contact rate, what days their canvassers experienced the highest contact rate, logistical issues encountered, conversion rates, and other reports established by the project manager j.
