Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Vendor shall perform monthly sample collection, analysis and reporting of water quality as specified and/or required by the NMDOT, New Mexico Environment Department (NMED), and the Drinking Water Bureau (DWB). Work under the contract shall be administered/coordinated in conjunction with /the NMDOT rest area manager or its representative. 2. The Vendor shall provide and ensure a certified water operator, Level 2 or higher, will act as the operator of record for the three rest area sites once a month and is required to provide one to three days of operator time to visit the three sites. 3. As required by the NMED regulations, the certified operator will be required to provide immediate notification to NMDOT, the NMED and DWB of any changes in its staff/operator. Immediate notification is required and the operator is to provide the name and operator number to NMDOT, the NMED, and DWB. 4. The certified operator shall perform monthly visits to the following rest area sites. • La Bajada Rest Area • Rattlesnake Rest Area • Rio Grande Gorge ; Monthly sampling, analysis and reporting for each of the three sites shall be performed...
