Horry County Schools agrees to provide the following: Assistance with identifying the eligible Title I students to receive service. Assistance with securing supplemental materials for the identified Title I students. Assistance with communicating with the school officials in order to determine appropriate instruction as related to the needs of each student in relation to the South Carolina Curriculum Standards. Assistance in determining the days for the delivery of student instruction, parent meetings, and parent conferences. A representative of the District may observe the Contractor’s service to school students at any time, with or without prior notice to the Contractor. The District will inform the contractor by a stated date the amount of funds available for all activities (instruction, professional development, family involvement, and administrative costs). The Sole Source Contractor agrees to provide the following: Aforementioned services to eligible students and their parents at the Private School. Document consultation with teachers and parents. Document and provide bi-weekly progress reports to parents. Document parent meetings and trainings. Provide student progress reports, year-end data summaries, narrative of program effectiveness, pre-test and post-test data for each identified student receiving services.
