Specifications include, but are not limited to: Maintenance needed: 1. A divider between the playset and field is required in the park. 2. Scope of Work is below. a. 3ft tall black vinyl chain-link fence surrounding the Concrete pad of the payset area. i. Standard size chain links. b. Gates needed. i. (2) – 4’ entry gates with double swing safety closing device. 1. Closing hardware to be lockable. ii. Entry locations to be located during Pre-construction meeting. 3. Perform a site visit for accurate measurements and review. a. Site visit to be scheduled through Purchasing Department. 4. Repair any damage caused to site during work performed. 5. All materials, equipment, supplies, fasteners, and other items required to perform work tasks to be supplied and installed by vendor. 6. All trash and debris to be removed by Vendor and hauled off. a. Do not use City dumpster. 7. Clean-up a. Clean area when work is complete. Area to be ready for business use when finished
