Specifications include, but are not limited to: Rooftop Air Handlers for 2nd and 3rd floors: ○ Add chilled water coils. ○ Add chiller to cool water for the roof top units ○ Rooftop Air Handlers without A/C components for 2nd and 3rd floors ■ Various mechanicals that are recommended to be addressed -Install 2 chilled water coils in existing rooftop units 14 and 15. -Install 40 ton chiller to supply the 2 coils with chilled water. -Include comprehensive acoustic package, architectural louvered panels, Bacnet card, convenience outlet and isolators -Add additional controls and valves for chilled water coils for air conditioning operation. -Add 2 pumps to move chilled water. -Pipe from chiller on ground to 2 rooftop units. -Supply and install 2” wall fiberglass insulation and PVC wrap. -Connect CW valves to existing Alerton BMS system .
