Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scope of Work: The project occurs in four priority improvement areas within John McLaren Park. The work is primarily per the trail log, trail segment maps, construction details, and direction in the field by the City Representative. There are detailed drawings for two trail segments/ work areas. The project involves trail construction (native soil, reinforced native soil, Park Tread, and box steps), grading, drainage, erosion control, irrigation, landscaping, restoration planting, restoration seeding, split rail fencing, signage, stone masonry, asphalt, concrete, and striping. The Contractor is advised to carefully review the access and schedule requirements for each trail segment, as well as sensitive habitat protection requirements.
