Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Daily Services: 1.1 Empty all trash containers. Replace liners as needed. Clean areas around trash-containers. Trash containers are to be wiped as needed. 1.2 All resilient flooring shall be dust mopped or swept and damp mopped daily. 1.3 Clean all ashtrays outside of all buildings entrance ways. 1.4 Vacuum carpets, including runners. Return furniture to original positions. 1.5 Break room cleaned and sanitized by damp wiping the counters, refrigerator front, tables & chairs. Paper towels shall be replenished. 1.6 Carpets shall be spot cleaned as needed. 1.7 Clean and sanitize water cooler trays and drinking fountains. 1.8 Restrooms shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. This includes floors, sinks, urinals, commodes, showers, metal fixtures, partitions, walls, door handles and towel dispenser handles. 1.9 Restroom trash cans and waste containers shall be emptied, cleaned and new liners installed. 1.10 Hand towels, soaps, toilet tissue replaced to insure adequate supply until the next service. 1.11 Replace batteries for deodorizer and deodorizer fragrance as needed.
