This project consists of the Work (“Work”): Renewable Water Resources (ReWa) is proposing the rehabilitation of the existing gravity sewer lines and manholes in the cities of Pelzer and West Pelzer, SC to correct the existing structural and operational and maintenance defects. This Project includes cleaning and televising approximately 46,170 ft of existing 8" to 12" sanitary sewer; lining approximately 3,700 ft of existing 8" sanitary sewers with cured-in-place pipe lining (CIPP) and performing all associated work including removing protruding service laterals, performing point repairs prior to CIPP, re-connecting active service laterals to the lining and performing product tests; rehabilitating approximately 45 service laterals via CIPP or replacement; rehabilitating approximately 18 manholes using an approved specialized cementitious mortar product and performing other miscellaneous manhole rehabilitation work such as replacing frames and covers and rebuilding existing benches and inverts; and performing all other necessary work including bypass pumping, traffic control and restoration
