Specifications include, but are not limited to: This is the City’s solicitation process to acquire Design-Build services for a Design-Build project to resurface approximately 11.48 miles of existing roadway with asphalt concrete pavement, curb ramps installation, subgrade repairs, replacement of cross gutters, installation of pedestrian barricades, installation or relocation of pedestrian push buttons, remove and replace sidewalk and curb/gutters, raising appurtenances and survey monuments to grade, remove/replace striping, bike lane striping, street sweeping, and replacing/installing vehicle detector loops and stubs. The scope also includes assessment, design, the construction of 24 curb corners and construction of 61 standard curb ramps, engineered traffic control and procurement of Caltrans Encroachment Permit.
